At Rockstar Original, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Pack your items securely in the original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the items are in unworn, brand-new condition.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
